“Integrity” is a word we hear on a daily basis, but it isn’t a word that we spend too much time thinking about. Integrity is actually “firm adherence to a code of artistic or moral values.” It’s about doing the right thing even when it isn’t convenient for us or acknowledged by others.
People with true integrity are authentic, honest, kind, respectful, and trustworthy. They act in a sincere way and always tell the truth. They treat people equally and take responsibility for their own actions and feelings. They always act consistently and ethically.
This means that integrity is one of the best and most important traits that a person can possess.
